According to the UKIP "campaign team", the UKIP Hartlepool Campaign proper will launch on Saturday 18 September, with a town centre event in the morning and afternoon. Robert Kilroy-Silk will be the main attraction at a public meeting in the evening.
Park benches, presumably, are optional.
